Job Description Traffic Media Assistant Denver, CO Rocky Mountain Public Media, Inc. (RMPM) is the parent company of Rocky Mountain PBS, KUVO Jazz, and The Drop. This position assists the Programming and Corporate Sales teams with Programming, Traffic and Corporate Partnerships and Sales functions. Primary duties include coordination for all contracts for digital scheduling and execution of daily radio and tv logs. The Traffic Media Assistant also provides backup support on television spot placement, addresses traffic spot performance, and assists with monthly billing and underwriting contracts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Traffic & Scheduling Support • Assist with preparation and execution of daily radio logs and broadcast schedules., • Enter underwriting spots, attach contract flights, and verify placement accuracy., • Support television traffic scheduling and spot rotation and placement., • Review logs for accuracy before release to automation systems., • Coordinate setup and maintenance of underwriting and sponsorship contracts., • Prepare invoices, affidavits, billing support, and campaign reconciliation reports., • Track fulfillment of broadcast and digital sponsorship commitments., • Assist with monthly billing cycles and documentation accuracy., • Support execution of digital sponsorship placements including newsletters, streaming platforms, apps, social placements, and web inventory., • Communicate deadlines, requirements, and updates with Sales and Programming teams., • Provide responsive support to internal teams and external partners., • Assist with reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvement projects., • High school diploma or equivalent., • 1+ year of administrative, operations, customer service, media, finance, or related experience (internships count)., • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to consistently produce high-quality, error-free work., • Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Basic to intermediate Excel/spreadsheet skills, • Associate's or bachelor's degree., • Experience in media, advertising, broadcasting, traffic, scheduling, or revenue operations., • Familiarity with CRM, traffic software, or scheduling systems (Salesforce, ProTrack, etc.).
