If working an event, may work outdoors in varying temperatures and in different environments such as golf courses, and beaches. Pay Range: $23.08 - $30.00 per hour Requirements: Key Responsibilities • Provide first-level technical support for all hardware and software issues via phone, email, chat, or in-person., • Diagnose and resolve common problems, including password resets, software installations, and peripheral device troubleshooting., • Log all support requests and issues accurately in our ticketing system, tracking them from the initial report to final resolution., • Escalate more complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team members (e.g., Systems Administrator or IT Manager)., • Follow up with end-users to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and they are satisfied with the solution., • Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for employees., • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
