We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated early childhood educator ready to operate a home daycare. For this position the candidate will move into a high-end Little Homes property, rent free. Little Homes will furnish the property and tailor it to the needs of a home daycare. Basic Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education or childcare. At least 1 year of experience at a child care center or home daycare. Proven experience managing and caring for multiple children simultaneously (ideally 12 or more). Able to apply as the license holder of the home-based daycare and meet all licensing requirements: At least 18 years old Will live in the daycare home and operate the daycare for at least 2 years Clear criminal record Must have a TB test or willing to complete one Completed or willing to complete 16 Pediatric Health and Safety training hours from an EMSA approved vendor or accredited college/university Preferred Qualifications: Experience running or working at a home-based daycare. At least one year of experience at a commercial childcare center or running a small licensed home-based daycare. Bilingual, experience teaching children in a language other than English. Experience with special needs children, including familiarity with speech and occupational therapy. We are looking to hire a data analyst to join our data team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases. Data Analyst Responsibilities: Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. Managing users and user roles. Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary. Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets. Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines. Helping develop reports and analyses. Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata. Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements. Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization. Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems. Generating reports from single or multiple systems. Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports. Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems. Training end-users on new reports and dashboards. Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
