We are seeking an Influencer Specialist to join our global social and influencer team. You will play a key role in scaling Noble Panacea’s influencer strategy globally. Working closely with the Social & Influencer Manager, you’ll help shape, execute, and evolve how the brand engages with creators. You will be supporting across strategic planning, to creative storytelling, and community building. This is a unique opportunity to merge science and art, leveraging your understanding of influencer culture, aesthetics, and data to build meaningful, long-term brand advocacy. Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning • Partner with the Social & Influencer Manager to build and refine the global influencer roadmap aligned with brand and campaign priorities., • Identify opportunities within seasonal launches, hero campaigns, and brand storytelling moments., • Contribute to the evolution of the influencer playbook, integrating emerging platforms, content formats, and cultural trends. Talent Identification & Partnerships • Research, vet, and onboard creators whose voice, aesthetic, and values align with Noble Panacea., • Support building authentic relationships with influencers across the luxury, beauty, and wellness spaces., • Support and manage the briefing, contracting and partnership processes, ensuring clarity, creativity, and compliance. Campaign Execution • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to deliver on-brand, high-impact content across platforms., • Review and refine creative assets to ensure they reflect the brand’s tone, craftsmanship, and visual identity., • Partner with marketing and digital to amplify influencer activations through integrated campaigns. Community & Relationship Building • Nurture an ecosystem of brand advocates through personal engagement, seeding initiatives, and exclusive collaborations., • Support influencer participation in key brand events and storytelling moments., • Help strengthen global alignment across markets through shared insights and collaboration. Reporting & Measurement • Monitor influencer and campaign performance using key tools and metrics (Dash Hudson, Launch Metrics)., • Translate results into insights to inform strategy, content evolution, and future partnerships., • Stay ahead of industry shifts and bring innovative ideas to keep Noble Panacea at the forefront of digital influence., • Track and manage the influencer budget, ensuring return on investment., • Track partnerships and manage all influencer workflows using Monday.com Manage logistics • Coordinate with the Operations team on inventory for new launches and influencer product needs; oversee product shipments in collaboration with the Fulfilment team. Trade collaboration • 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within luxury, beauty, or wellness., • Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, digital trends, and cultural storytelling., • A balance of creativity and precision and able to blend brand craft with data-driven thinking., • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail., • Proactive, curious, and culturally aware; passionate about purposeful luxury and innovation., • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Overview: Provide administrative support services for leasing and operations at two sites. This position will interact with a diverse group of prospects, applicants, and residents to facilitate their specific needs or to successfully direct them to the correct internal contact. Sound judgment is required in order to plan, prioritize, and organize a varied workload to ensure the delivery of high-value support and related services. Responsibilities: • Prioritize, organize, prepare and distribute internal/external documents and ensure accuracy thereof, • Field incoming calls and correspondence, • Assist with special projects as directed, • Maintain discretion in the handling of confidential information, • Carry out routine tasks with little supervision, • Act as liaison with other departments and internal business units, • Maintain resident call notes, • Perform other general duties as defined by the assigned department, • Greet prospects and residents with a warm smile; offering beverages, • Answer phones (Phone tree option #1 New Leasing Inquiries), • Check reception voicemail and promptly return calls the same day, • Stock Tour Folders, Water Bottles, Marketing Material as needed, • Maintain a high standard of office appearance, • Clear conference rooms between appointments, • Load dishwasher at the end of the day and unload upon opening the office. Maintain kitchen appearance., • Check paper stock and toner in library printer daily, • Schedule Appointments; Same day response to all internet inquiries and online appointments, • Call all appointments to confirm appointments prior to 10 AM each morning, • Maintain Agent Rotation for appointments and walk-in traffic, • Record Brokers and Direct calls + internet inquiries+ Traffic +RV Traffic on tracker reports daily, • Save signed leasing documents to the resident data file, • If no Leasing Associate is available, assist with setting up applicants on Durst systems (MRI), • Prepare and review the end of day leasing traffic, source and pending/closed deals report., • Create e-sign renewals and send to residents, • Assist with amenity/bike/storage agreement/amenity rental reservations and audits thereof; complete chargebacks for lockouts and pool fees., • Enter operation related request in appropriate Durst system (e.g. Rise Buildings, OrigamiRisk, Moved.com, JackJaffa, etc.), • Assist with updating marketing and elevator screens on Exterity and Mosaic programs, • Setting up new or removing former residents from MRI, Durst App, Genetec Security Desk, Amazon Hub, Con Edison, Emsys, and other workflow systems., • Assisting with statement of deposit accounts via MRI software (uploading move out inspections/SODA packets to MRI SODA page, printing statements, requesting bank back-ups, sending to upper management for signature, updating SODA report, following up with collections or Guarantor's for outstanding balances), • Assist in issuing lease violations, or escalating nuisances to legal department, • Process invoices in workflow; Creating purchase and work orders, • Updating resident call notes in MRI resident notes daily, • Assist with aged delinquency calls, • Assist with reporting, renewals, operations, resident services and move in coordinator responsibilities, as required, • Follow up on Open/Pending/Closed service request. Solicit resident feedback.
