We are seeking a Business Development Manager-Wireless, who will lead strategic growth across wireless carriers, tower owners, and infrastructure partners. This role combines sales strategy, wireless network engineering knowledge, and solution-selling expertise to expand our presence in tower development, 5G deployments, and network modernization initiatives. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary sales driver and point of contact for customer organizations across network planning, engineering, construction, and procurement., • Develop deep relationships throughout national, regional, and market-level teams to identify upcoming tower, RAN, and wireless infrastructure needs., • Build multi-level account strategies aligned to customer priorities (capacity, densification, coverage, C-Band, small cells, fiber extensions, etc.)., • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities related to tower upgrades, colocations, new site builds, structural modifications, fiber backhaul, and network modernization., • Create and deliver technical/financial proposals that align engineering requirements with customer budget and procurement processes., • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurately forecast revenue, margin, and build cycles., • Understand wireless infrastructure design, including tower loading, structural analysis, power/fiber design, antenna configurations, and site acquisition workflows., • Translate engineering inputs into customer-facing scope, pricing, and project plans., • Collaborate with internal engineering, construction, PMO, and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and delivery excellence., • Partner and collaborate with key internal resources for pre-sales, proposal creation, and customer discovery., • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch partner-led initiatives., • Represent CCI Systems at industry events, partner summits, and ecosystem forums., • Ensure compliance with SLA commitments, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations., • Perform other duties assigned by management. Qualifications • 5-7 years of experience in wireless infrastructure, tower engineering, or telecom sales., • Experience negotiating complex agreements with carriers, vendors, and strategic partners., • Demonstrated ability to identify new revenue streams, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute growth plans in wireless or telecom sectors., • Working knowledge of tower structures, RF engineering, RAN equipment, fiber transport, and site development workflows., • Familiarity with FCC regulations, zoning laws, and compliance requirements related to wireless infrastructure., • Proven ability to manage large, strategic infrastructure accounts and navigate complex procurement processes., • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills., • Ability to develop and engage in building productive relationships with senior-level executives, colleagues, vendors, and customers in a highly consensus-driven culture., • Established relationships within the Wireless Industry-particularly with National Carriers preferred., • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams., • Self-motivated, metrics-driven, and comfortable managing long sales cycles., • Experience with Microsoft office tools and industry leading CRM tools., • Strong CRM management experience utilizing HubSpot preferred., • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously., • The ability to embrace corporate values, understand the company's vision, and exemplify CCI leadership behaviors. Shift is flexible, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST but must be able to work outside normal business hours when required. Additional Information • 50% travel nationwide is required., • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Compensation: base salary range 110k-120k plus bonuses.
