Job Summary: We are seeking a experienced and dedicated Security, Surveillance, and Access Control Installation & Service Technician to install, maintain, and service security systems, cameras, and access control devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring our clients’ safety. Key Responsibilities: • Install, test, and troubleshoot security, surveillance, and access control systems at client sites, • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance, • Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation, • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions for proper setup, • Conduct on-site assessments and recommend security enhancements, • Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and maintenance activities, • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all activities, • At least 3 years of experience in security system installation, maintenance, and repair, • Knowledge of CCTV, video surveillance, access control, alarm systems, and related technologies, • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various locations, • US citizen fluent in English, • Relevant certifications (Hanwha, DMP, Speco, S2, Galaxy) are a plus, • Skilled in pulling, terminating, and testing low-voltage cables in compliance with code, • Fieldwork involves travel to customer sites, including occasional out-of-town jobs requiring overnight stays, • Physical activity required: lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, • Competitive hourly wage ($25-$35/hr DOE) + bonuses, • 401(k) plan with company matching, • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, • Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability, • Flexible work schedule, • Fuel card provided, • Paid time off Apply today!
