About Our Opportunity We are seeking an Associate Graphic Designer – Branding to work in the Philadelphia Corporate office. The Associate Graphic Designer – Branding is responsible for supporting the development and execution of high-quality visual creative across multiple brand touchpoints. The Associate Graphic Designer – Branding will contribute to the creation of elevated, cohesive, and on-brand design solutions spanning presentation design, advertising, collateral, digital content, and packaging concepts. Responsibilities • Design and develop elevated presentation materials that clearly communicate brand stories, product concepts, and strategic initiatives., • Create visually compelling advertisements across print and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives., • Design and produce marketing collateral including sell sheets, promotional materials, and catalogs/lookbooks as necessary., • Support the research and creation of trend boards that inform creative direction and product development., • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand style guides, ensuring consistency across all visual communications., • Conceptualize and design innovative packaging graphics and systems that align with brand positioning and retail strategy for both Unique and private label brands., • Design tradeshow booths, and displays that enhance brand presence and customer engagement., • Create digital assets including e-blasts, website graphics, landing pages, and social media content., • Support web design initiatives, including layout design, asset creation, and user-focused visual execution., • Strong design skills with a demonstrated ability to create elevated, visually compelling work across multiple mediums., • Exceptional portfolio showcasing presentation design, packaging, advertising, collateral, digital design, and branding projects., • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva; familiarity with Figma or similar web design tools preferred., • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy., • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field required., • 2–4 years of professional design experience in a branding, agency, or in-house creative environment preferred., • Demonstrated experience creating elevated presentation design, advertising, collateral, and digital assets.

JEVS Human Services has an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Orleans Technical College as a Plumbing and Heating Instructor. Under the supervision of the Academic Affairs Director, the instructor will be responsible for teaching students through hands-on projects and theory in safety, math, and other basics of plumbing and heating. Responsibilities: · Provide instruction, as specified in the curriculum, in the basics of plumbing and heating · Supervise students in hands-on trades tasks · Provide evaluation of students on hands-on activities · Provide testing of students’ knowledge of theory · Prepare curricula materials · Utilize varying delivery methods and media to keep students engaged with the lesson for the full class day · Ensure that safety, classroom and school rules are followed consistently and take appropriate measures when they are not · Ensure that classroom and shop areas are kept clean and orderly · Maintain student attendance and grade rosters · Ensure that a professional training environment is maintained in the classroom and shop areas at all times · Place orders for supplies and materials according to school policy in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progression of instruction · Perform related duties and assignments as required ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: · Communicate regularly with Student & Career Services teams regarding student performance as it relates to job openings and potential employers. · Implement changes to curricula and lesson plans to incorporate approved/relevant online and digital content, new textbooks, new testing software, new instructor resources, new equipment · Digest Program Advisory Committee (employer) input; accommodate improvements as necessary when recommended by management. · Maintain and utilize daily lesson plans that accurately reflect course curriculum · Continually develop and refine classroom management and effective presentation skills · Consistently assign and assess student library projects in accordance with accreditation standards · Ensure that safety, classroom, and school rules are followed consistently and that a professional training environment is maintained in the classroom and shop areas at all times · Develop and adhere to a regular schedule to take and report inventory in workshop. · Submit purchase requests according to policy and process; assist with confirming delivery and receipt of materials · Revise Bill of Materials requirements annually · Assist with new instructor interviews/hiring process · Evaluate growth opportunities for Orleans Technical College by providing input to customized training opportunities; short-term training opportunities · Suggest and participate in professional development (in person and online) opportunities to remain current in field of training as well as in effective instruction methods · Where applicable, maintain industry certifications · Participate in graduation ceremonies This position is part-time, Monday-Thursday, 5:30pm-10:15pm. Part-time instructor pay rate is $32.50.
