Compensation & Benefits We recognize and reward top talent with a competitive compensation package: • $22-$24 per hour (DOE), • Full-time, stable schedule, • Comprehensive benefits package, including:, • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Holiday Pay, • 401(k) with company match, • Employee discounts and perks, • In this role, your work will directly influence:, • The speed and quality of onboarding for new hires, • The effectiveness of leaders across multiple properties, • Clear, consistent communication across English and Spanish-speaking teams Drive Efficient HR Operations • Standardize onboarding, orientation, and HR processes across multiple locations, • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and resources, • Coordinate schedules, priorities, and key HR initiatives, • Track project progress and ensure timely follow-through, • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level materials, • Ensure clear and professional communication in English and Spanish, • Translate not just language, but tone, intent, and cultural context, • Support associates and leaders with workplace questions and guidance, • Manage and maintain accurate data within HRIS (Dayforce preferred), • Support reporting, compliance tracking, and training completion, • Leaders are empowered to focus on leadership-not administrative tasks, • New hires are onboarded quickly and consistently, • HR data is accurate, reliable, and actionable, • Communication across teams is clear and culturally aligned, • Fluent in English and Spanish (strongly preferred), • Experience in HR administration, coordination, or similar role, • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Experience with HR systems and reporting tools (Dayforce a plus), • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, • Service-driven with a passion for helping others succeed, • Culturally aware and an effective communicator across diverse teams, • Growth-minded and eager to expand within HR operations At WSLM, we are committed to a people-first culture where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered.
