The Role • Contributes to the creation and execution of bespoke digital media strategies for clients that drive business value and scale., • Executes effective digital advertising tactics across platforms without oversight, • Accurately and efficiently implements new ads, copy, and campaigns, • Executes and maintains tracking parameters with precision, • Manages complex, multi-channel budget strategies and regular pacing, • Develops compelling data backed narratives for clients, • Seeks out projects and initiatives that lead to maximum performance impact, • Maintains subject matter expertise in core practice areas while striving to expand skillset, • Understands basic CRO and creative performance optimization tactics, • 3+ years managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads, • 3+ years managing media budgets across platforms and maintaining ROAS / CPA targeting, • 3+ years performing data analysis and data blending in Excel / Google Sheets, • 3+ years in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics preferred), • A/B testing experience on relevant ad platforms, • 2+ years in a client-facing role, • Experience contributing to multi-channel strategies that drive significant client value, • Experience utilizing Google Ads Editor to efficiently build and optimize campaigns at scale, • Maintains required digital advertising certifications, • Programmatic and TikTok experience, • International experience Your love of digital marketing runs deep.
