CENTURY 21 Edge is looking for a creative, video-first Social Media Content Manager to help us become one of the most visible, engaging, and talked-about real estate brands in Central Florida and Tampa Bay. This is not a traditional “post a few graphics and schedule content” role. We are looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, loves short-form video, stays on top of platform trends, and knows how to turn ideas, people, events, listings, community stories, and everyday moments into content that actually gets attention. This role is based in our Orlando office and will include occasional day trips to our Tampa office, approximately 2-3 days per month. About the Opportunity CENTURY 21 Edge has more than 10,000 followers across our social media platforms, a globally recognized brand name, a growing footprint in Central Florida and Tampa Bay, and a big vision for where we want to go next. You will work directly with the CEO and help shape the social media voice of the brokerage. Your work will support brand awareness, agent recruiting, buyer and seller lead generation, agent engagement, community visibility, and our overall reputation as a forward-thinking real estate company. What You’ll Do • Create, film, edit, publish, and manage social media content across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels., • Develop fun, engaging, educational, trend-driven, and brand-building content that connects with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, homeowners, local businesses, and the broader Central Florida and Tampa Bay communities., • Identify social media trends, sounds, formats, hooks, and creative concepts that can be adapted to the CENTURY 21 Edge brand in a smart, professional, and entertaining way., • Capture content at company events, agent trainings, office activities, community events, listing opportunities, recruiting initiatives, and other brand moments., • Help create video concepts, scripts, captions, content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign ideas., • Work with agents, leadership, and staff to create content that showcases our culture, tools, training, customer service, community involvement, and brand personality., • Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth, recruiting activity, and lead generation., • Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh ideas, personality, creativity, and energy to our social media presence. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a high-output creator who lives and breathes social media. The right person is creative, organized, confident, resourceful, and comfortable moving fast. You do not need decades of experience, but you do need to show that you understand social media, short-form video, storytelling, editing, and what makes content work. You should be comfortable behind the camera, directing others on camera, editing video, writing captions, spotting trends, testing ideas, and turning simple moments into engaging content. A strong portfolio, personal brand, social media examples, or examples of accounts you have helped grow will matter more than a traditional resume alone. Ideal Skills and Experience • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn for a brand/business., • Strong short-form video instincts, including hooks, pacing, captions, music, editing, and storytelling., • Ability to film and edit high-quality content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar platforms., • Comfortable writing captions, light scripts, social copy, and content prompts., • Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices., • Ability to balance creativity with brand standards and professional judgment., • Comfortable working in an in-office environment and collaborating with leadership, agents, and staff., • Real estate experience is helpful, but not required.
