We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who is creative, proactive, and ready to make a real impacton-site with our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who doesnt just plan ideas but executes them and delivers measurable results. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media • Create engaging, high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms, • Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form and long-form videos, • Take professional photos and videos using a camera or mobile device, • Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice aligned with a high-performing insurance agency Paid Advertising & Campaign Management • Manage, launch, and optimize paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms, • Develop ad creatives, copy, targeting strategies, and funnels, • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI Email Marketing & Automation • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for leads, clients, and agent recruitment, • Write engaging email copy for newsletters, promotions, follow-ups, and nurture sequences, • Build and optimize email automations and drip campaigns, • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve performance, • Align email campaigns with social media, ads, and sales funnels Analytics, KPIs & Reporting • Track and analyze key performance indicators (leads, conversions, CPL, engagement, growth), • Prepare performance reports with clear insights and recommendations, • Suggest data-driven actions to improve overall marketing results Lead Generation & Recruitment Marketing • Generate qualified leads for new insurance clients, • Create digital campaigns to recruit and attract new insurance agents, • Optimize messaging, landing pages, and funnels for higher conversions Web & Digital Presence • Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic web development tasks, • Ensure marketing campaigns align across social media, ads, email, and web platforms Qualifications • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, • Hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google etc.), • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar), • Strong content creation skills (photo, video, editing, storytelling), • Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, etc.), • Ability to analyze KPIs, metrics, and campaign performance, • Basic understanding of websites, landing pages, funnels, and marketing automation, • Fluency in English required; speaking additional languages (Spanish, Creole, or others) is a strong plus, • Self-motivated, creative, organized, and results-focused, • Bonus: Experience in insurance, finance, or service-based industries What We Offer • On-site position with a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time), • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding insurance agency, • Creative freedom and ownership of marketing initiatives, • Competitive compensation based on experience and performance, • Supportive, high-energy team that values innovation, execution, and results, • Long-term growth opportunities for high performers This is not a passive role.
