The technologist is responsible for running and maintaining the equipment during cases. PACS will be used to pull up imaging as needed. The expected patient ratio is 1:1 during shifts. On-call requirements include one night a week and every third weekend. Working on weekends is also a requirement every third week. There may be a need to participate in response teams during catastrophic events or disasters. Candidates must be comfortable floating within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals based on skill sets and census demands.
