About the Role Roundglass is seeking an Communications Lead to serve as the strategic communications partner for Gurpreet Sunny Singh across all internal and external channels. This role requires an exceptional writer and strategist who can operate with speed, precision, and editorial judgment in dynamic, high-stakes environments. You will own Sunny's complete communications presence, from presentations and public speeches to LinkedIn content and real-time messaging. You'll transform fragmented leadership discussions, emerging priorities, and live developments into compelling narratives that drive understanding, alignment, and action across diverse audiences. This position demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution: researching industry trends, crafting speeches for major events, writing in Sunny's authentic voice, and making real-time editorial decisions about what to communicate, when, and to whom. You'll collaborate across teams while maintaining end-to-end accountability for message consistency and impact. Success means becoming the definitive voice behind Sunny's communications ecosystem, translating vision into words that move people and organizations forward. What You’ll Do Writing & Editorial • Own the full lifecycle of Sunny’s communications across internal and external audiences., • Write speeches, scripts, and narrative framing for public appearances, events, and key moments., • Develop initiative messaging, landing page copy, website updates, and PR-facing articles., • Draft leadership emails, internal updates, global town hall narratives, event communications, and meeting summaries (MOMs) on behalf of Sunny., • Write LinkedIn articles and posts in Sunny’s voice, aligned to evolving priorities., • Edit and proofread all content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency., • Translate evolving, and often incomplete, leadership input into clear, audience-appropriate communication without diluting intent. Research & Insight Development • Identify and surface key data points, quotes, and statistics that strengthen narratives and support public statements., • Propose clear, effective content angles and formats aligned to audience needs and communication goals., • Ensure accuracy and credibility through rigorous fact-checking and source verification., • Conduct pre-meeting research and prepare concise context briefs, talking points, and recommended communication strategies., • Track relevant news, cultural discourse, and industry developments to inform timely and informed messaging., • Synthesize post-meeting outcomes into clear follow-up communications that capture decisions, direction, and next steps. Collaboration & Planning • Partner closely with leadership, content, and social teams to ensure alignment across messaging, timing, and channels., • Maintain clear visibility into upcoming priorities, events, and communications needs, ensuring preparedness across internal and external moments., • Provide concise talking points, reference materials, and supporting context for public engagements and interviews., • Manage multiple communication workstreams under tight timelines while maintaining quality, coherence, and discretion., • Apply strong editorial judgment to determine what should be communicated, when, and to whom. Engagement Support • Support public engagements as needed by providing real-time writing and communications support, including drafting timely copy aligned to the moment and audience. Workflow & Prioritization • Manage multiple writing and research workstreams under tight timelines while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and quality., • Prioritize effectively and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly with relevant stakeholders. Pay & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position starts from $130,000 plus full benefits to start. Rapid promotion with performance pay increases and responsibility will come quickly to the right individual, as soon as year one, with potential pay exceeding $200,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
