Temperature is regulated. Noise levels are typical of an office environment (e.g., phones, office equipment, light traffic, etc.)., • While performing the duties of this job, an employee is required to stand, walk, bend, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, use hands and fingers to operate computers and phones, sit for long periods of time, and on occasion lift up to 20-pounds.Requirements: Position Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years office experience., • High school diploma or equivalent, • Previous law firm experience is preferred., • Fluency in Spanish & English Desirable, • High proficiency in G-Suite and MS Suite, specifically Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat., • Must be a self-starter who is well organized and can handle multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize work., • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer, photocopier, postage machine, and scanner., • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written., • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while paying close attention to detail., • Ability to work well with others and be a team player, • Professional appearance and demeanor.
