Qualifications And Requirements: ● Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance Broker License ● Must be able to obtain CTEC & PTIN license ● Pass back Ground Check with DOJ with Department of Motor Vehicles, and Insurance Department of California ● Complete Licensing Hour Requirements ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ● People Person, positive energetic ● Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred ● Previous experience in sales or related filed is preferred ● Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the insurance, tax & trucking industry ● Organized, able to prioritize work, and multi-task ● Ability to work well within a team environment ● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges ● 18 years and older. ● Must successfully pass TurboRater assessment. ● Must successfully pass Basic Math assessment.
