This position is responsible for gathering initial and subsequent client information, and scheduling appointments with housing counselors. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in social services, public administration, or a related field preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, social service, or administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit or housing-related setting. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse populations. * Excellent organizational, communication skills and attention to detail are a MUST! * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry software; experience with HUD-approved client management systems (e.g., CounselorMax, Home Counselor Online, Cloverleaf) is a plus. * Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
