Job Description An international company specializing in El Paso, TX is seeking a Japanese Bilingual HR / Administrative Coordinator. Will consider relocation assistance. • Directly-hire with Great benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, 401K with matching), • $40K ~ 55K/year (Non-exempt), • Japanese Bilingual language ability is a must Requirements of the Japanese Bilingual HR / Administrative Coordinator: • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, • Japanese Bilingual is a must, • HR / Administration related work experience preferred but not required., • Proficient in MS Office Suites (Word/Excel/PPT), • Some domestic travel may be required Responsibilities of the Japanese Bilingual HR / Administrative Coordinator: HR Administration • Supports recruitment, hiring, termination, and HR documentation., • Coordinates with agencies and manages work visas., • Participates in interviews and advises on compensation and benefits., • Maintains job descriptions, compensation data, and performance appraisals., • Handles employee onboarding and offboarding., • Manages payroll, time records, and attendance., • Administers benefits programs (insurance, 401K), including education and audits., • Ensures compliance with legal and company HR policies., • Enforces company policies and maintains personnel files., • Manages mail distribution, documentation, and corporate records., • Supports audits and updates employee handbook., • Coordinates tax documentation for expatriates., • Oversees office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations., • Arranges travel and manages related invoices., • Handles insurance, telecom, and IT services., • Manages kitchen and office supplies; assists with hospitality and events., • Support to other departments, • Other duties as assigned.
