Job Description Are you looking to grow your hospitality career? Come join us at Black Butte Ranch! We have an opening for a seasonal, full-time, front-of-house Supervisor at our Lodge restaurant starting in May. Our ideal applicant has at least 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, is an excellent communicator, good at promoting teamwork, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. The Supervisor works at the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager and the Food & Beverage Director to deliver the highest level of service to our guests and support the front-of-house team in doing the same. Pay is from $25.00/hr based on skills and experience. This is a full-time, seasonal position starting ASAP and working through our busy summer season. Depending on individual performance and business needs at the end of the summer, there is potential for continued employment.
