    Jordan Stones Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Template Installer & Helper to assist with the measurement, preparation, transportation, and installation of natural and engineered stone products, including countertops, backsplashes, vanities, and other custom stone surfaces. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn the stone fabrication and installation trade. Key Responsibilities: Assist lead installers with templating, transporting, and installing granite, quartz, marble, and other stone products. Load, unload, and safely move stone slabs, countertops, tools, and installation materials. Prepare job sites by protecting floors, cabinets, and surrounding work areas before installation. Help measure, position, level, and secure countertops, backsplashes, and other stone surfaces. Assist with sink installations, faucet cutouts, seam joining, caulking, polishing, and final finishing. Operate hand tools, power tools, suction cups, dollies, and lifting equipment safely. Remove existing countertops when required and dispose of materials properly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment before, during, and after installations. Inspect completed work with the lead installer to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate professionally with customers and team members on job sites. Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform warehouse, delivery, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in countertop installation, construction, carpentry, or a related trade is an advantage but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs or more with team assistance). Familiarity with hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work at various job sites. Valid driver's license is a plus. Physical Requirements: Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials. Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Work Environment: Residential and commercial construction sites. Manufacturing and warehouse facilities. We are currently looking for a Driver/Warehouse employee. Our Driver/Warehouse Crew members work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and work 40+ hours a week. This equates to roughly $1450 a week, which is about $75,400/ year. We offer friendly work conditions with starting wages at $22.75/hour (overtime hourly rate is $34.12/hour after 40 hours).
