Job DescriptionDescription As a Warehouse Worker at XTalk Prep, you will be responsible for supporting our daily operations by ensuring the efficient handling and storage of products. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Receive, unload, and organize incoming deliveries., • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment., • Maintain inventory by ensuring stock levels are updated and recorded properly., • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely., • Conduct regular checks to ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met., • Assist in routine inventory audits and cycle counts., • Collaborate with other team members to meet daily operational goals., • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred., • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking., • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team., • Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus)., • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
