Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Worker HIRING & START SAME WEEK Job Description This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with air filter service at commercial, healthcare, and pharmaceutical facilities. You will help keep materials moving efficiently by off-loading trailers, staging and shipping products, and traveling to client sites to replace air filters. The position is physically demanding and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility for occasional overtime. Work Environment This position is based in a combination of warehouse and client-site settings, involving regular physical activity such as lifting, bending, and climbing. You will work in a safety-focused, team-oriented culture that prioritizes proper procedures and equipment use. Typical shifts run from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with potential variations to 5:00 AM–1:00 PM or 4:00 AM–12:00 PM depending on operational needs. The role requires comfort working in different facility types, including commercial, healthcare, and pharmaceutical environments, while adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities • Off-load trailers and unload incoming materials safely and efficiently., • Stage, organize, and prepare materials for shipping and delivery., • Perform air filter replacement and related service work at commercial, healthcare, and pharmaceutical client facilities., • Follow modern warehousing practices to maintain accurate inventory and orderly storage areas., • Use inventory systems and basic computer tools to track materials, shipments, and service activities., • Handle general labor tasks such as picking, loading, and unloading as needed., • Lift and move materials weighing 50–75 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, twisting, and climbing., • Climb ladders and work in varied environments to access and replace air filters safely., • Communicate clearly with team members and clients to support excellent customer service., • Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team environment., • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures in the warehouse and at client sites., • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area., • Be available for occasional night and weekend overtime to meet operational needs., • Participate in required screenings and comply with company policies and guidelines. Essential Skills • 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or warehouse roles., • Proven experience in general labor, including picking, loading, and unloading., • Proficiency in inventory systems and basic computer skills., • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and procedures., • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs on a regular basis., • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and climbing., • Strong organizational and time management skills., • Effective communication skills for working with team members and clients., • Customer service orientation with a focus on reliability and professionalism., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • High school diploma required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
