Job Description MFCP (Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc.) is the largest Parker Hannifin distributor and the premier unrivaled leader in motion and flow control solutions. Primary Duties: • Coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping of products, while maintaining a well-organized and safe warehouse environment., • Allocate, distribute, pull/pick product in proper location., • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure stock availability., • Package and stage materials or products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)., • Assist with inventory control and cycle counting., • Administer quality control, ensuring damaged product is not received or sent., • Build hose assemblies and assist with testing and finishing, if applicable., • Supervises the day-to-day functions within the department including employee and customer relations during their shift., • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply., • Must possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills., • Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment., • Decision making, analytical thinking, project management, and planning skills., • Basic computer skills required including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 a plus., • Job requires frequent lifting up to 70 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constantly walking/standing on cement flooring and climbing ladders as needed., • Working conditions involve a fast-paced warehouse environment containing moving equipment, fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements., • The physical demands and work environment reflected are representative of those encountered by employees when performing the essential job functions. $22.00 - $25.00/hourly, depending on experience.
