Job Description What You’ll Do Lead Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient production, packaging, and storage of products. Assign work, monitor workflow, and support team execution. Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, conduct audits/inspections, lead safety meetings, and drive a zero-incident culture. Environmental Responsibility: Ensure proper handling of waste and hazardous materials while maintaining compliance documentation. Team Leadership: Support and mentor warehouse employees, promote accountability, and provide guidance on safety and operational best practices. Incident Management: Investigate accidents and near misses, document findings, and implement corrective actions. Continuous Improvement: Identify safety and process improvement opportunities and partner with leadership to enhance performance. What You Bring Experience: 2+ years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a lead, safety, or supervisory capacity. Education: High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred. Certifications: Forklift certification required; OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR preferred. Valid driver’s license required (ability to meet DOT requirements). Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to identify and resolve safety risks, and working knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25–75 lbs (occasionally heavier items), operate warehouse equipment, and remain active (standing, walking, bending, climbing) for extended periods. Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions including temperature changes, dust, and noise.
