About the Role As a Sales Operations Manager, you will enable commercial teams to operate at peak performance by optimizing processes, data, tools, and execution. You will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, providing insight, structure, and operational rigor to support revenue growth and improve forecasting accuracy. You will play a key role in shaping how sherpa.ai scales its technology, products, and partnerships—helping define the strategic direction of a fast-growing AI company operating at the forefront of responsible innovation. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, and execution—translating business objectives into scalable, repeatable operational practices. What You’ll Do • Partner with leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales processes across the full customer lifecycle, • Own sales performance reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analytics , ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights, • Develop and maintain account planning and territory models to support growth and coverage strategies, • Enable sales teams with the right tools, dashboards, and playbooks to drive productivity and consistency, • Support win–loss analysis and performance reviews to identify trends and improvement opportunities, • Build and manage engagement frameworks that align sales activity with customer outcomes and strategic priorities, • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, customer success, and leadership teams, • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and execution discipline, • Support sales enablement initiatives, including onboarding, training, and best-practice adoption, • Monitor and evaluate the business impact of sales initiatives through regular performance and value reviews What You Bring • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or a related commercial role, • Proven experience supporting sales teams, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights, • Experience working with senior sales stakeholders and cross-functional partners, • Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex environments, • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority, • Experience in international or multi-region sales environments is a plus About Sherpa.ai Sherpa.ai is the leading company in Artificial Intelligence applied to data privacy.
