The Technical Sales Engineer will review customer specifications, assist in determining and understanding client equipment needs, generate quotes, and engage in follow up conversations with the customer regarding open opportunities. Members of the Sales and Customer Support Team will work periodically with the Engineering Department to ensure that quotations being supplied to customers meet the requirements set forth in the customer-supplied specification. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the Team Leader and Managing Director to ensure proper and accurate coverage of specific customer accounts. /p pEssential Functions /p ullibStrong technical understanding of Transformer (Essential). Engineering Background. /b /lilibUnderstanding and reading Single-Line-Diagram, regarding substation design (Transformer, AIS) /b /lilibServe as the technical point of contact for customers, supporting sales activities across utilities, EPCs, developers, and Data Centers. /b /lilibFollow-up technical meeting /b /lilibInvolve in SAT/FAT Test and site installation activity with factory personnel /b /liliVisit key clients (Developer, EPC, Utility…) with Sales Team in order to provide proper technical support and advice. Support customer presentations, site visits, and technical discussions. /liliReview Customer specifications and generate quotations based on Engineering and Product knowledge. (with Engineering Center located in Korea) /liliPrepare proposals, bid packages, equipment configurations, and cost estimates. /liliProvide technical clarification and support during pre-award and post-award phases. /liliOffer market, customer, and competitor insights to internal teams. /liliWork with Customers to understand and assess equipment needs, making recommendations as needed. /liliProvide excellent Sales and Engineering Service, including Technical Support, as needed. /liliEngage in follow up conversations with Customers and Potential Customers to convert Open Opportunities into Sales Orders. /liliCollaborate with Engineering Team and Purchasing Team to ensure that pricing structures are appropriate. /liliCollaborate with other members of Sales Team and Customer Support Team, as well as external Sales Representatives to establish additional avenues for acquiring new customers and plans for meeting Order Intake goal. /liliAttend daily/weekly internal Sales Meetings. /li /ul pQualifications /p ulliBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred). /lilibExperience in application engineering, sales engineering, or technical support roles involving transformers, switchgear, substations, power equipment, or related electrical systems. /b /lilibStrong technical understanding of power systems, grid infrastructure, and utility-scale renewable energy applications. /b /lilibAbility to read, interpret, and respond to technical specifications and customer requirements. /b /li /ulp· Project management experience (installation, FAT/SAT) /pulliStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliExperience preparing proposals, quotes, configurations, and detailed technical documentation. /li /ulpAbility to thrive in a start-up or high-growth environment, including: /ppØ Comfort with limited structure and evolving processes /ppØ Ability to take initiative and work independently /ppØ Flexibility to support both technical and commercial efforts /ppØ Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset /p pWhat We Offer /ppContract type: Permanent /ppWorking hours: Full-time /ppWork model: Mainly on-site, with optional telework one day per week /ppHealth insurance /ppContinuous training /ppMeal allowance: €360/month (tax included) /p pRecruitment Process /ppOnline interview via Microsoft Teams /ppFinal in-person interview /ppStart date: Mar 2026 /plibr/lilibr/li
