Trabajarás bajo la supervisión de un técnico/a de facturación experimentado, colaborando activamente con diferentes áreas de la compañía y manteniendo contacto directo con clientes y Business Managers. Tus principales responsabilidades serán: • Contacto directo con clientes y Business Managers para la obtención de pedidos de compra y seguimiento general de las ventas., • Gestión de la facturación de la cartera de clientes asignada:, • Emisión y envío de facturas., • Resolución de incidencias., • Emisión de notas de crédito., • Preparación y validación de albaranes., • Validación de horas y demás tareas necesarias para asegurar una facturación correcta de los servicios., • Análisis, control y reporting del WIP (Work In Progress), correspondiente a facturas pendientes de emitir., • Reuniones mensuales con los Business Managers para definir y hacer seguimiento de las acciones necesarias para la resolución del WIP. Requisitos: • Grado en ADE o formación similar., • Experiencia deseable de al menos 1 año en un Departamento Financiero, preferiblemente en funciones de facturación o administración de ventas., • Buen manejo de Excel y capacidad de análisis de datos., • Persona organizada, metódica y orientada al detalle., • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal con otros departamentos.
