Partner in Pet Food (PPF) is an innovative, leading European pet food producer, supplying over 400 customers, including major grocery retailers, supermarkets, specialized pet shops in the 35 markets in which it operates. PPF is the second largest producer of Retailer Brand wet and dry pet food in Europe, offering a full range of high quality cat and dog food products. PPF employs around 3,000 staff and has operations in 10 countries. The French and Iberia subsidiary of PPF, founded in 2019, is experiencing a dynamic phase of expansion. Under the leadership of Stéphane Le Tellier, it primarily markets private label products to our partner clients. Its turnover reached 43 millions in 2025. We are looking for a Customer Account Specialist, who would like to be a part of our international team. Duties and responsibilities: You are the key link between the company and customers, ensuring professional, service-minded support across order handling and inquiries. Your main task is to deliver best-in-class service to PPF trade partners and drive supply chain excellence through strong internal and external collaboration. You ensure a smooth order-to-invoice process, clear communication, and timely assistance contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction in Western Europe. The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with the ability to connect the dots and understand the impact of events on both customers and the organization. • Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through delivery, ensuring smooth end-to-end order processing., • Monitor order progress and proactively coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, planning and IT, to resolve delivery, product-related or system integration issues., • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding daily order management, operational topics, reports, quality complaints, financial disputes, returns and general inquiries., • Handle customer complaints by ensuring timely communication, proper follow-up and resolution tracking., • Support the onboarding of new customers, including master data creation and maintenance, as well as collaboration on EDI integration topics., • Prepare and analyze regular customer reports related to order status, performance KPIs, stock levels and other operational indicators., • Identify opportunities to improve service levels, operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction., • Investigate KPI deviations, perform root cause analyses and support the development of corrective action plans., • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customer contacts and internal stakeholders., • Support the preparation of customer meetings and supplier performance reviews., • Ensure that customer communications, documentation and master data are accurately maintained in line with company procedures and work instructions. You are the right fit, if you have: • University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field, • Fluent in English and French; Spanish language knowledge is an advantage, • Proficient in ERP systems and Excel, • Hands-on approach with a focus on execution, • Strong initiative: from identifying problems to implementing solutions, • Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, • Clear communicator with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset, • Strong planning and prioritization abilities, • Collaborative team player, proactive in building relationships across functions, • Comfortable working independently and within a multicultural, service-driven team, • Experience in customer service, sales support, or order management in B2B or FMCG is an advantage What we offer: • Permanent contract (CDI) to be filled as soon as possible, • Position based in France HQ (Boulogne Billancourt), • Travelling required to Budapest HQ, • Compensation package based on experience and profile Please attach your CV in English when applying.
