Building on this legacy, Echosens has launched the Liver Health Management (LHM) platform, a cloud-based ecosystem that integrates seamlessly with FibroScan to support data-driven, proactive liver care. The LHM platform is rapidly gaining adoption across clinical settings, offering advanced tools for interpretation, for implementation of screening and treatment initiation guidelines and streamlined workflows. Echosens’ vision is to lead the transformation of liver care by delivering integrated solutions that empower healthcare professionals, improve patient outcomes, and reduce the global burden of chronic liver disease. About the job Leveraging the LHM ecosystem and data, the Global Product Manager for Data Solutions defines and implements the product and go-to-market strategy for services and solutions for partners such as pharma companies or large-group organizations. Within the global product team and based in Paris HQ (part of the marketing organization), in this position you will: Drive the Product Strategy & Vision for data-driven solutions • Defining and continuously refining the product strategy for data-driven solutions, in alignment with Echosens’ Liver Health Management platform vision., • Driving the development of data opportunities, transforming strategic concepts into scalable, value-generating solutions., • Leading the identification of partners’ needs, use cases, and value propositions digital tools, ensuring clinical relevance and regulatory compliance., • Serving as product interface between external partners (e.g., pharmaceutical companies, clinical networks) and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution., • Championing user experience by translating complex data outputs into intuitive dashboards and decision-support tools Define Go-to-Market & implement monetization models • Elaborating the go-to-market strategy, including business model, commercial activation, and deployment model to support the partners’ digital strategy., • Driving the operational implementation in collaboration with IT and finance departments., • Aligning with the Global Product Manager for Connectivity, • Training and supporting business development/strategic account managers with product knowledge and tools. Contribute to the Data & AI Integration strategy • Collaborating closely with R&D and data science teams to define which data are essential, usable, and compliant (ensuring the right level of processing, anonymization, and governance)., • Establishing clear guidelines for data selection, usage boundaries, and ethical considerations to maximize value while maintaining trust and regulatory compliance., • Ensuring the data solutions adhere to healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, MDR), and support documentation for regulatory submissions. Experience and skills: Professional Experience • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital health, data platforms, or AI-enabled solutions. Previous experience in technical positions., • Proven track record in developing and launching data-centric products in regulated healthcare environments, ideally in the USA market., • Strong background in healthcare data strategy, including data governance, anonymization, and compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, MDR)., • Experience in partner-facing roles, particularly with pharmaceutical companies, clinical networks, or digital health collaborators., • Experience with Business Models associated to Digital products, SaaS/Subscription …, • Experience working with cross-functional teams including R&D, data science, clinical Skills & Competencies • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into actionable product plans., • Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics pipelines., • Able to efficiently and effectively translate business requirements into value driven solutions. Creative problem solver. Proficiency in product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategy, and performance tracking., • Great presentation and written communication skills in English.
