Your role As our Senior Product Manager, you'll be the strategic bridge between our customers, technology, and business—transforming voice AI insights into a world-class product roadmap. You'll own the entire product vision and execution, working directly with our CEO while coordinating across engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to build the speaker intelligence platform that developers and enterprises love. You'll: • Own the product roadmap from discovery to delivery - Lead the strategy and execution of pyannoteAI's speaker intelligence platform, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals to drive product-market fit and revenue growth., • Be the voice of the customer - Conduct deep customer discovery through interviews, surveys, and sales call participation; attend conferences and engage with our 140K+ developer community to surface insights that shape our product direction., • Coordinate technical and research teams - Work seamlessly with our engineering and science teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications, prioritize feature development, and ensure we're building what matters most., • Drive product-led growth - Accelerate our freemium-to-paid conversion by implementing data-driven improvements to onboarding, activation, and upgrade flows based on user behavior and feedback., • Act as product evangelist - Ignite enthusiasm internally and externally about our speaker intelligence technology, championing our vision with stakeholders, customers, and the broader voice AI community., • Build cross-functional alignment - Partner closely with Product Marketing Manager on positioning and messaging, collaborate with Commercial Associate and SDR on customer insights, and work with DevRel to support our developer ecosystem., • Implement go-to-market engineering - Work with engineering to build features that unlock enterprise sales, enable self-service adoption, and create competitive moats in our target ICPs. Must-haves: • Engineering or technical background - Helps you understand our product deeply and empathize with our customers., • 5-7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or technical products - You have the depth and breadth to own an entire product strategy and execution., • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products - You know how to influence and align engineering, research, sales, and marketing without formal authority to ship products that matter., • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments - You've thrived in tech scale-ups or startups where ambiguity is the norm and priorities shift quickly., • Results-driven with strong execution focus - You ship.
