Enterprise Integration Specialist (M/F) Medincell is a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company developing long-acting injectable drugs in many therapeutic areas. Products of our portfolio are based on our BEPO® technology and aim to ensure patient compliance, improve the effectiveness and accessibility of treatments and reduce their environmental footprint. We collaborate with tier one pharmaceuticals companies and foundations to improve Global Health through new therapeutic options. Medincell is transforming its data landscape to become a truly integrated, data-driven organization. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Enterprise Integration Specialist to lead the optimization of integrations between Medincell’s business-critical systems—including ERP, LIMS HRIS, and other legacy and cloud applications—and to support the implementation of our new Data Strategy and Governance Framework. Reporting to the IT Leader, this role is pivotal in ensuring seamless, secure, and value-driven data flows across the enterprise, enabling innovation, compliance, and operational excellence. Keys responsibilities Integration Management (Primary Focus) • Design, implement, and maintain integration flows via our Middleware between Medincell systems (ERP, HRIS, LIMS, CRM, etc.), ensuring robust, scalable, and secure data exchange, • Collaborate with business units to optimize process orchestration and data interoperability, • Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and data transformation logic to support business and compliance needs, • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve integration pipelines for high availability and performance, • Document integration architecture, data mappings, and workflows for transparency and future scalability, • Ensure all integration points comply with Medincell’s data governance policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, GxP, FDA CFR 21 Part 11) Data Strategy & Governance Support • Contribute to the implementation of Medincell’s Data Strategy and Governance Framework, supporting the transition to an integrated, scalable, and data-driven enterprise, • Participate in data landscape mapping, documentation of key systems, and development of conceptual data models and flow diagrams, • Support the Data Governance Steering Committee and data teams, helping define and execute governance policies, roles, and responsibilities, • Assist in the rollout of data quality, security, and compliance initiatives, including audits, KPI’s, and reporting Technical Expertise & Collaboration • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams during integration and data strategy implementation, • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting data integration and governance Requirements Background & Experience • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience), • Proven experience with enterprise middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.), • Hands-on development experience in one or more languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, etc., • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and their integration patterns, • Experience with on-premises and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OVH) and iPaaS solutions, • Experience implementing and managing an Enterprise Data Warehouse, • Experience supporting data governance, compliance, and security initiatives Competencies • Languages: Excellent written and spoken English (native or near-native level). French is a plus, • Project Management: Well-organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, • Technical Skills: Problem solver with a strong understanding of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, FTP, JDBC), data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and coding languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.), • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align integration and data initiatives with corporate objectives, • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to propose new ideas and optimize data strategies, • Team Spirit: Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
