Le poste Rattaché en direct au Directeur France, en tant qu’ Account Manager Industrie, vous êtes chargé de développer davantage la position de FABORY dans le secteur industriel. Vous combinez l’acquisition active de nouveaux clients avec le maintien et l’expansion de relations clients durables. Vous comprenez les défis des environnements de production industrielle et savez y répondre avec des solutions appropriées. Vos missions sont variées et exigent à la fois une vision stratégique et une exécution opérationnelle efficace. Missions et responsabilités Prospection et acquisition de nouveaux clients – Chasse avec base de données • Identifier les opportunités commerciales sur la base d’analyses de marché, des besoins clients et des évolutions technologiques dans votre région., • Réaliser une prospection ciblée en utilisant la base données existantes via des appels téléphoniques, des visites terrain, des salons professionnels et d’autres événements de réseautage., • Identifier rapidement les décideurs chez les prospects et les convaincre par une approche professionnelle et orientée solution., • Élaborer et présenter des solutions sur mesure répondant aux défis techniques et logistiques des clients potentiels., • Être responsable de l’intégration réussie de nouveaux clients et de la construction d’une base de collaboration durable. Gestion de la relation client et développement – Elevage via portefeuille client alloué • Gérer un portefeuille stratégique de clients industriels et entretenir des relations solides avec les comptes clés., • Analyser régulièrement les données clients et les tendances du marché pour détecter les opportunités de croissance (cross-selling, upselling, amélioration de processus)., • Accompagner les clients dans leurs problématiques techniques et agir en tant que véritable partenaire sur des sujets tels que la gestion des stocks, les achats ou la chaîne d’approvisionnement., • Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client grâce à une communication fluide, des contacts réguliers et un suivi rigoureux des engagements. Vente, négociation et gestion contractuelle • Rédiger des offres commerciales personnalisées, adaptées aux paramètres techniques et économiques des clients., • Négocier les prix, délais de livraison et conditions contractuelles en tenant compte des intérêts du client et de Fabory., • Conclure des accords dans le respect des marges et objectifs commerciaux définis., • Suivre l’évolution des contrats en cours, garantir leur exécution correcte et renégocier si nécessaire. Reporting, analyse et collaboration interne • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (service client, logistique, achats, gestion de produits) pour garantir la satisfaction client., • Utiliser de manière structurée le CRM (tel que C4C) pour planifier et suivre les activités commerciales., • Fournir des rapports réguliers sur les résultats commerciaux, les observations clients et les évolutions du marché à la direction des ventes., • Surveiller activement vos KPI (CA, marges, satisfaction client, taux de conversion) et ajuster votre stratégie pour atteindre vos objectifs. The Role Reporting directly to the Country Director France, as an Account Manager Industry, you are responsible for further developing FABORY’s position in the industrial sector. You combine active acquisition of new customers with maintaining and expanding long-term client relationships. You understand the challenges of industrial production environments and know how to respond with appropriate solutions. Your tasks are varied and require both strategic vision and effective operational execution. Responsibilities Prospecting and New Customer Acquisition – Hunting with database • Identify business opportunities based on market analysis, customer needs, and technological developments in your region., • Conduct targeted prospecting using existing databases through phone calls, field visits, trade shows, and other networking events., • Quickly identify decision-makers at prospects and convince them with a professional, solution-oriented approach., • Develop and present tailored solutions addressing technical and logistical challenges of potential customers., • Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and build a sustainable collaboration base. Customer Relationship Management and Development – Farming via allocated portfolio • Manage a strategic portfolio of industrial clients and maintain strong relationships with key accounts., • Regularly analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities (cross-selling, upselling, process improvement)., • Support customers with technical issues and act as a true partner on topics such as inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain., • Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction through smooth communication, regular contact, and rigorous follow-up on commitments. Sales, Negotiation, and Contract Management • Draft personalized commercial offers adapted to clients’ technical and economic parameters., • Negotiate prices, delivery times, and contractual terms while considering both the client’s and Fabory’s interests., • Close agreements in compliance with defined margins and commercial objectives., • Monitor ongoing contracts, ensure proper execution, and renegotiate if necessary. Reporting, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration • Work closely with internal teams (customer service, logistics, purchasing, product management) to ensure customer satisfaction., • Use CRM tools (such as C4C) in a structured way to plan and track commercial activities., • Provide regular reports on commercial results, customer insights, and market developments to the sales management., • Actively monitor your KPIs (revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, conversion rates) and adjust your strategy to meet objectives.
