Job Responsibilities:
- Helping Directors/Sales Executives with daily tasks
- Send Emails
- Send/receive letters
- Make/receive phone calls
- Telesales
- Send quotations/invoices
Work Experience:
- Experience in past office/receptionist roles
Skills:
- Full and fluent verbal and written English
- Professional level of email vocabulary
- Confident in making phone calls to clients and potential clients
- Correct verbal tactics for sales
- High levels of customer service via phone/email
- Meeting/appointment planning
- Friendly, outgoing and professional personality
Due to COVID-19, candidate will be working from home until further instructions are made.
