All underpinned by technology created with purpose. \nYOUR ROLE\n As a Managing Consultant - Supply Chain Analytics, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives with a strong focus on leveraging data and analytics to optimise supply chain performance. You will work with clients to enhance demand and supply planning, forecasting, logistics, procurement, and inventory management by applying advanced analytical techniques, digital tools, and data‑driven insights that drive measurable business outcomes. \n This role involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex supply chain challenges into robust solutions that drive measurable impact. \n As a valued Managing Consultant in our Operational Analytics team, you will be involved in the following: \nData‑Driven Supply Chain Strategy\n\n • Use data analytics to assess current supply chain performance and identify inefficiencies across planning, sourcing, logistics, and fulfilment.\n, • Develop and implement data‑informed strategies to improve service levels, reduce costs, and increase supply chain agility.\n, • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.\n\nPlanning & Forecasting\n\n, • Support clients in building robust demand forecasting and supply planning models using historical data, market trends, and predictive analytics.\n, • Enhance S&OP processes through data visualization, simulation, scenario modelling, and KPI tracking.\n, • Analyse supplier performance, spend patterns, and risk exposure to inform sourcing strategies and contract negotiations.\n, • Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor supplier KPIs and procurement efficiency.\n\nLogistics & Network Optimisation\n\n, • Use data to optimise transportation routes, warehouse operations, and distribution networks.\n, • Apply geospatial and cost‑to‑serve analytics to improve delivery performance and reduce logistics costs.\n, • Implement and configure analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) to enable real‑time visibility and decision‑making.\n, • Work with ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder) to extract and integrate data for analysis.\n, • Advise clients on the application of leading‑edge technologies, such as Generative and Agentic AI, and their benefits.\n\nClient Engagement & Project Leadership\n\n, • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver analytics‑enabled supply chain transformation projects.\n, • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.\n, • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.\n, • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.\n, • Proven experience in Supply Chain projects, including: Assessing supply chain performance across planning, forecasting, sourcing, logistics, and fulfilment.\n, • Developing data‑informed strategies to improve service levels, reduce costs, and increase agility.\n, • Supplier performance analysis, spend analytics, and risk exposure assessment.\n, • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems.\n, • Optimising transportation routes, warehouse operations, and distribution networks.\n, • Implementing and configuring analytics platforms for real‑time decision‑making\n\nFamiliarity with:\n\n, • Data visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.\n, • Data preparation and automation tools like Alteryx, SQL, or Python.\n, • Statistical and predictive analytics
