These roles offer real impact, visibility, and the opportunity to support senior leaders operating in complex, high‑profile environments. 🔍 The opportunity In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner to a senior leader, providing end-to-end professional, administrative, and logistical support. You’ll manage complex diaries, communications, meetings, and projects — while exercising sound judgement, discretion, and initiative in a fast-paced, high‑trust environment. You’ll be a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, often liaising at the most senior levels with partners, funders, sector bodies, and other external organisations. The highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion are essential. 💼 What you’ll be doing Depending on the role and executive you support, responsibilities will include: • Proactively managing complex diaries, calendars, and competing priorities, • Acting as gatekeeper for inboxes and communications, triaging, prioritising, and drafting responses on behalf of senior leaders, • Coordinating high‑profile meetings, committees, and events end‑to‑end (agenda setting, papers, minutes, actions, logistics, and follow‑up), • Preparing board packs, briefings, presentations, reports, and other senior‑level documentation, • Managing domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expenses, • Supporting and coordinating projects, tracking actions, deadlines, and delivery, • Acting as a trusted liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders, • Anticipating issues, sensing emerging risks or opportunities, and providing timely, informed advice, • Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion, • Collaborating closely with other EAs and business support colleagues to share best practice and provide cover when required, • Continuously improving ways of working and challenging processes to enhance efficiency ✅ About you You’ll be an experienced senior business support professional who brings confidence, credibility, and calm to complex environments.
