This role will be based in our Golf Club kitchen with an opportunity to enhance your skills during the off-season in our extended state of the art main kitchen or spacious banqueting kitchen, youll be responsible for: The preparation, presentation and service of dishes for a variety of events or services. Gaining extensive knowledge of our menus and food offerings. Assisting the management team in the control of all food supplies and purchases coming in and out of the kitchen, using date labelling processes. Adhere to all food safety and health and safety guidelines. About you As a Clubhouse Chef, youll work alongside the Golf Club Catering Manager and be part of a growing team who pride themselves in delivering a first-class product every time. The Role As Executive Chef, you will own the culinary vision and execution across all dining outlets, including our signature restaurant, bar, dining domes, conference & banqueting, and golf catering. You will lead a talented brigade, champion innovation, and deliver consistently exceptional food quality, presentation, and service. You will also: Design, develop, and seasonally update menus that balance creativity, guest appeal, operational efficiency, and margin targets. Champion provenance, sustainability, and trend-led concepts while maintaining brand consistency. Lead full kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in quality, speed, and consistency across all outlets. Collaborate closely with the Group Executive Chef, General Manager, and F&B teams to align culinary strategy with brand standards. Own food cost %, GP, labour %, stock control, ordering, recipe management, and wastage reduction. Engineer menus and commercial initiatives that drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Deliver end-to-end culinary excellence for weddings, conferences, corporate events, golf days, and seasonal activations. Build and inspire a high-performing kitchen team with strong culture, training, development, and succession planning. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, allergen management, and internal audit standards. Champion sustainability through local sourcing, seasonal menus, waste reduction, and energy-aware production. About You You will be an accomplished and inspiring culinary leader with the drive to shape something exceptional. You bring: Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef within a luxury 4- or 5-star hotel environment. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and cost controls. Expertise in menu development, food trends, and concept creation. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Formal culinary training and food safety certification. A growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The role Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the Food & Beverage service offering which covers our Pineapple Restaurant, Cave Bar, Titan Sky Bar, Private Dining areas including the Dining Domes, Clubhouse and Room Service. You will pride yourself on creating an exceptional experience for our customers, ensuring that the highest level of customer care is delivered by the team. Youll also: Lead by example with the Restaurant and Bar Managers, ably supporting them to deliver in their roles. About you As a Food & Beverage Manager, youll have a real passion for food and drink, and excellent attention to detail to provide amazing service. Youll also: Be competent in using Microsoft Outlook email & calendar, Excel, Word etc. Experience at management level across all Food and Beverage outlets including formal restaurant service, bar service, clubhouse and private dining service. Be a clear thinker, with the ability to analyse and resolve problems Excellent attention to detail, creative and innovative with the vision to capitalise on sales opportunities.
