To provide a customer focused proactive maintenance service which meets the needs of the college now and in the future, by being an innovate department in its approach to planned and reactive maintenance. To provide the necessary skill to deliver small to medium size projects. You will be responsible for general maintenance supporting all aspects of the estates department which include; campus grounds, accommodation, security and support desk functions. The post holder requires flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern. Working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. The shifts are rotated between the team, hours will be discussed at interview. Whilst your main days of work will be Monday-Friday, you will be required to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday to cover events such as open days.
