We are looking for a Waking Night Children Support Worker to join our client's team To provide a needs led service to young people/children with autism and associated difficulties by adopting a person centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices. Main Responsibilities, Tasks & Duties To ensure the safety of the children/young people during the night. To ensure the security of the premises during the night. To ensure accurate attendance records are maintained by signing in and out on the timesheets To remain vigilant and do everything possible to protect children/young people from abuse of any nature including physical, emotional, sexual, neglectful, financial or institutional. This includes an absolute requirement to report any incident of this nature you may witness, hear about or suspect. To build and promote good relationships and communication with both children/young people and staff. To encourage and support in keeping a clean, safe and enjoyable living environment along with maintaining a high standard of good housekeeping. Please note that these positions require an Enhanced DBS check in relation to working with children. Full UK Driving licence is essential. TPBN1_UKTJ
