We are recruiting for a Talent and Digital Learning Specialist as part of the Talent & Learning team youll play a key role supporting the and delivery of the learning & talent strategy. You will take ownership of key learning initiatives by driving projects from initial scoping through to full implementation ensuring they align with strategic priorities build critical skills and support the development and growth of talent across the organisation. Responsibilities include: • Coordination of talent activity including tracking of succession plans development activity mobility and diversity., • Relationship management of external/third party talent partners; ensuring SLAs are met budget spend is tracked and activity is planned effectively., • Support talent & learning projects from scope through to implementation, • Support in creating exec level presentations, • Build strong relationships across the banner HR and talent teams to help establish a community of best practice, • Improve talent mobility across the group, • Strengthen talent succession pipelines and development plans at Next Gen level, • Understand and share internal and external talent data and insight, • Support in identifying capability gaps, • Ability to prioritise work across multiple projects, • Excellent track record on managing third party suppliers, • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills, • Experience managing multiple stakeholders at a senior level, • Confidentiality and comfortable handling highly sensitive data and information, • Presentation & story telling skills; ability to create insight from data, • Understanding of talent management methodologies and frameworks, • I listen to my customers, • I use available data to help make decisions Be Human acting with humanity and care • I do the right thing, • I am respectful Be Curious thrive on learning thinking beyond the obvious • I build and share new ideas, • I try new things and share my learnings Be Agile working with trust pace and agility • I have courage to be creative, • Done is better than perfect I aim for 80/20 Be Inclusive acting inclusively in diverse teams to work together • I embrace allyship, • I have self-awareness and a desire to learn Be Accountable championing the plan to deliver results and growth • I own my actions In return we offer an inclusive environment where what you can achieve is limited only by your imagination!
