You will be responsible for managing entrance access, validating identification, and ensuring full compliance with all safety and security protocols. Your role is essential in preventing incidents and handling any situations that may arise with professionalism and efficiency Key Duties: Oversee entrance and exit points, ensuring access is granted only to authorised individuals. Verify the age and identification of customers to ensure legal requirements for entry are met. Conduct courteous and thorough individual searches when necessary. Maintain a visible presence, discouraging inappropriate behaviour, and upholding venue rules. Professionally manage and resolve disturbances or incidents, adhering to company and legal procedures. Collaborate with venue management and local authorities as required. Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing patrons' inquiries or concerns. Complete incident reports and maintain precise records of shift events. Continuously monitor surroundings, proactively identifying potential security risks.
