The Organisation - Housing Association - Neighbourhood Team Leader Comuno Talent Partners are working with a Housing Association in Merseyside to recruit an experienced and driven Neighbourhood Team Leader. You will manage and support a team of Neighbourhood Officers, a Tenancy Officer and a Neighbourhood Administrator, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality housing management services. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, directly employed by the housing association. The Role - Housing Association - Neighbourhood Team Leader • Manage the day-to-day performance and workload of a team of Neighbourhood Officers, a Tenancy Officer and a Neighbourhood Administrator., • Provide guidance, support and coaching to team members on housing management, policies, procedures and legal frameworks., • Motivate and inspire your team to deliver high performance, excellent customer service and continuous improvement., • Ensure effective management of tenancy portfolios, including tenancy sustainment, ASB case management and property standards., • Support staff in handling complex or sensitive cases, including anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse and safeguarding concerns., • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues., • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies and elected members., • Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, resident forums and community meetings as required., • Monitor performance using housing management systems, identifying risks and areas for improvement., • Lead on performance management, addressing underperformance and supporting staff development., • Contribute to management meetings, reporting on KPIs and service delivery outcomes., • Support victims of domestic abuse and hate crime, including reviewing safeguarding measures and rehousing requests., • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, data protection and safeguarding responsibilities., • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent, • Relevant housing qualification (or willingness to work towards, e.g. CIH Level 4), • Strong experience in housing management and leading teams, • Proven ability to manage performance, motivate staff and drive service improvements, • Experience of working with external partners and stakeholders, • Knowledge of housing legislation, policies and procedures, • Experience managing complex cases including anti-social behaviour and safeguarding, • Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, • Ability to analyse performance data and manage risk effectively, • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends where required, • Ability to travel across locations
