What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching within EYFS or early primary settings, with a strong understanding of early childhood development. A nurturing approach, effective behaviour management skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with young children. Secure knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to deliver engaging, high-quality provision. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with colleagues, parents and external professionals.
