Overview We are looking for a high-performing, sales-focused Branch Manager to lead, grow, and scale a profitable recruitment branch. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on new business, revenue growth, and team performance, with a clear pathway to Senior Branch Manager and Regional Manager for the right individual.You will take full ownership of branch P&L, drive sales strategy, build and develop a high-billing team, and act as the commercial figurehead of the business in your market.
