About the role Were seeking a skilled finance professional to lead revenue management across the organisation and partner with our Commercial and Executive Teams. Youll ensure accurate revenue accounting insightful forecasting and strong financial controlsalongside timely billing cash collection and revenue recognition across multiple sites. Youll also build strong relationships with our NHS and non-NHS clients delivering exceptional service and responsive support We are looking for someone who can: • Oversee end-to-end revenue management ensuring accurate NHS and private billing reconciliations and revenue recognition., • Lead cash collection and credit control including aged debt reviews and escalation of non-payment issues., • Build and maintain strong relationships with ICBs Trusts and other clients to support timely payments and reconciliations., • Collaborate with Finance Data Contract and Commercial teams to deliver accurate reporting forecasting and insightful revenue analysis., • Ensure compliance with NHS Standard Contract guidelines and internal financial controls., • Provide leadership and guidance to finance staff fostering professionalism and continuous development., • Drive process improvements and automation in revenue and billing systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy., • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial controls., • Familiarity with financial reporting budgeting and forecasting., • Understanding of healthcare finance particularly NHS and private sector revenue streams, • Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001 ISO27001 ISO14001)., • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, • Strong collaboration and communication skills, • 25 days plus bank holidays, • Buy and sell annual leave scheme, • Company Bonus Scheme, • Refer a friend scheme, • Company pension, • Company sick pay scheme, • Life assurance scheme, • Blue light Card- 100s of discount and cashback options, • Performance review with a training and development plan, • Great team and working environment, • Medicash health cash plan Since 2012 CHEC has been working with the NHS to increase patient choice and provide better access to exceptional timely locally-based ophthalmology and gastroenterology care free at the point of care.
