What You’ll Do - • You’ll supervise and work together with our front of house staff to assist our guests in all their needs. Whether you’re providing a flawless welcome and check in, awesome service in our restaurant and bars or making great new connections, it’s up to you to spread the TSH magic!, • You know about our product offering and how to (cross-)sell these products to our guests, • Any guest or team member question or complaint that comes in, you handle it like a pro. This also goes for any technical issue that may occur, • You’re awesome at keeping an overview of all things happening at the hotel and know how to keep a cool head in sticky situations, • You love to share your TSH-wisdom. When team-members have questions or need assistance, you come to their rescue!, • You’re the internal TSH networker. You connect with your guest community and know exactly what's going on at all times and how to cater to their needs, • Have fun! You connect with your guest community and know exactly what's going on at all times and how to cater to their needs, • You always have a helicopter view and know exactly when to be where and how to best assist the team, • You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro, • You have good communication skills in English (Speak any other languages? Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It : As Glasgow's City's new Director of Membership, your mission is to drive growth, retention, engagement, and satisfaction across our new Membership product as well as Meetings & Events (M&E), and co-working. The role requires strength and skill in community strategy and activation, driving member experience and team leadership. You’ll lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional experience that goes beyond the product and services. Your approach is member-centric and marketing-savvy, blending strategic insight with creative execution to build a thriving, local community. From high-impact events to curated member moments, you create opportunities for meaningful connection both inside and outside of the hub. You serve as the key link between the Support Hub and your local hub - translating global strategies into localized experiences that reflect the needs and energy of your community. You’re also the link between the community of Glasgow and your hub, with a strong network in the city. Drive high NPS and customer satisfaction scores throughout the member lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, referrals, retention, and offboarding. Bachelor degree in a relevant field. You have at least 6+ years of experience in a Membership, Coworking or other relevant field in a fast paced environment. You have an image of future developments and see opportunities for the organisation and respond to them. You have a commercial drive, with a demonstrated intuition for commercial opportunities and making active use of sales opportunities. You build and maintain relationships with contacts, while representing the brand of The Social Hub You deal with stressful situations in a stress-free manner and bring calm and a sense of ‘I’ve got this’ to every situation. You are able to efficiently prioritize tasks that truly matter and work in a structured, methodical and goal-oriented manner when preparing and carrying out those tasks.
