The Opportunity As Business Unit Controller, you will lead the commercial strategy for key retail accounts while identifying and unlocking new business opportunities across the UK market. You’ll work cross-functionally with Category Insight, NPD, and Commercial teams to deliver long-term growth, first-to-market innovation, and exceptional customer relationships. This role is ideal for a strategic commercial leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record within FMCG or retail-facing food businesses.
