This is a hands-on, on-site opportunity for someone interested in food, hospitality and operations. Training and guidance will be provided throughout the internship. Key responsibilities Catering administration • Help print and handover recipes, production documents, checklists and other paperwork for the kitchen and off-site teams., • Take daily allergen matrices downstairs each morning during your scheduled shifts and place them in the correct client boxes., • Check that printed paperwork is allocated to the correct client, team and service date., • Assist with weekly printing of client breakfast operations documents., • Print weekly client documents, including rotas and A5 signage. We handle the negotiation, inspection, collection and payment. You don't buy, store or sell anything. What you earn: • £25 when your introduction leads to a written offer from us, • 5% of the purchase price on the first deal with that supplier, • 2.5% on every further order from that supplier for 2 years Commission is paid by bank transfer when we pay the supplier, not when we resell the stock. Example: we buy £20,000 of stock from a supplier you introduced, and you earn £1,025. If they sell to us three more times at £10,000 within 2 years, you earn another £750.
