Role: NEAS (North East Ambulance Service) Team Leader – Southwest Contract Length: 3 months – Possible extension Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days per week - Bodmin, Bristol, Exeter (Exeter preferred) Day to Day Duties - looking after team wellbeing, employee development, ensure records are accurate and up to date, time recording, deal with expenses, workers adhere to policies, managing tech people, leading and sharing team meetings, resourcing, deal with projects that need looking at. Forming good relationships – 14 direct reports, hybrid working with remote team, large team – resourcing manager experience. Clinical Team Leader (CTL): In this role, a person serves as a clinical lead for digital developments within the ambulance service.
