We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. What you'll do • Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience, • Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, • Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be, • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together, • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
