Our client is seeking a Pre Sales Strategist to join their growing UK team! We are looking for a strategic, commercial and digital thinker with a consultative, relationship-driven approach. You’ll partner with prospective clients to understand their needs, shape solutions, and guide them toward choosing the agency as their digital transformation partner. What you’ll do: • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points, • Define high-level strategies and roadmaps for clients, • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service and support, • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to guide sales strategies, • Represent the consultancy at industry events and trade shows to promote our capabilities and generate leads, • Lead the creation of sales materials, including decks, RFP responses, and proposals, • Collaborate across functions such as Customer Experience Design, Technology, Strategy, Marketing, and global teams, • Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners (e.g., Sitecore, Salesforce), • Support the development of new and emerging technology partnerships, • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and margin targets, • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system, • Act as the lead storyteller and presenter in sales pitches, • Coordinate and lead pitch teams for proposals and RFP submissions, • Create and execute account-based marketing (ABM) plans Who you are: • A digital experience expert with the ability to navigate complex business, UX, and technical challenges, supporting clients and internal teams in delivering successful digital solutions, • Adaptable, confident, and resilient - able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in fast-changing environments, • Someone who views ambiguity as an opportunity, not a risk, • A clear and compelling storyteller who can bring clarity to digital transformation discussions, • Trusted, empathetic, and accountable in your relationships with clients, colleagues, partners, and industry peers What you will bring: • Demonstrated thought leadership in digital transformation, • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, • Strong time-management and organisational abilities, • Familiarity with technologies such as CRM systems, sales automation tools, CMS, CDP, DAM, etc., • A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, • A collaborative mindset suited to a flat hierarchy where trust and humour matter as much as commercial outcomes What’s On Offer: • Competitive salary, • Remote first working, • High impact projects for global clients, • A supportive, collaborative, non-hierarchical culture, • Complex, rewarding digital challenges, • The freedom to lead, influence and grow
