CCP are delighted to partner with a fast-growing subscription-based business who are looking to recruit an Outbound Sales & Retentions Contact Centre Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically designing, building, and then subsequently operationally managing this brand-new pro-active outbound department. Whilst delivering reactive inbound service is something they're pretty awesome at, they know that they an effective outbound strategy could deliver exceptional results for the business. This new team will be focussed on making pro-active outbound sales, customer service, loyalty and retention telephone calls to customers, generating / saving significant revenue to help the business achieve its ambitious growth plans. Traditionally, outbound sales is a numbers game, and quality or service are less relevant for a department of this nature; not in this case. CS and CX standards must remain at the core of this new outbound function. Operating from the London office 3 days per week, and WFH 2 days per week, you must be a data driven, passionate, people focussed leader who is determined to achieve success through positive disruption.
