Sales & Marketing is focused on delivering the companys aims of becoming customer intimate and to delivering value to customers by: • Making customers successful in their markets, • Delivering operational excellence, • Offering innovative products & services As a Junior Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving Sales and driving a positive customer experience. What you will do: As a Junior Account Manager you will support the other Account Managers in the team and act as a key contact between the business and key customers in respect of regular commercial technical financial and logistical support activity. Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: • Oversee the day to day deployment of agreed strategies and tactics for a portfolio of customers and monitor performance against a number of specific KPIs, • The ability to develop and execute account plans for customers where required, • To develop effective and clear commercial contracts and Service Level Agreements taking responsibility for driving the implementation and delivery of these What you will need: This is a varied and rewarding role offering great opportunities for personal growth especially for someone who thrives on delivering excellent customer service.
